Assistant Bookkeeper
Shelter Care is seeking an individual to assist the Comptroller in the Main Office with accounts payable and receivable, payroll entry, monthly reconciliations, and other bookkeeping duties. Part-time position available.

Responsibilities
Perform and/or assist the Shelter Care Inc. Comptroller with:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll Entry and Reconciliation
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Cost of Facilities Report
- Monthly Reconciliation of Grant Requests
- Monthly Reconciliation of Bridges Program Maintenance Funds
- Other bookkeeping and filing duties as requested
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Knowledgeable of Quick Books Professional and Microsoft Office
